NARMIA uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) to ensure the secure operation of the platform, keep you signed in, and, in the future, understand how you interact with our services.
This document explains what cookies are, which ones we use today, and how you can manage them. It is not legal advice; for specific questions, consult a professional.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser to remember information between visits or during a single session. We also use similar technologies (for example, localStorage or sessionStorage) for the same purpose.
2. Categories of cookies we use

What we store in your browser
Besides session cookies, NARMIA stores the following in your browser's local storage (localStorage) or session storage (sessionStorage). None of it is used for advertising, and none of these values leaves your browser unless stated otherwise:

The invitation code you opened (narmia_referral_code) | Credit the invitation to the person who invited you when you create your account. If you clear the site's data, use private browsing, or your browser blocks this storage, the application still works: it only loses these preferences and, in the case of the invitation code, the attribution of that invitation (see the Terms and Conditions, section 6.2).
About session/authentication cookies
The cookies that keep you signed in are issued by our authentication provider and are strictly necessary: without them you could not access your account, upload files for analysis, or view your reports. We do not use them for advertising purposes.
3. How to manage or disable cookies
You can manage or delete cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.). Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent NARMIA from working correctly, including signing in and accessing your analyses and credits.
4. Consent and future changes
The first time you visit NARMIA you will see a notice at the bottom of the page with two equally accessible options: Accept or Decline. Analytics and marketing cookies are not loaded until you accept; if you decline, or leave without answering, none of them are activated.
Your choice is stored in your browser. To change it, clear this site's data from your browser settings and the notice will appear again.
Any significant change to this policy will be published on this page with the corresponding update date.
