Cookie Policy
Last updated: July 3, 2026
NARMIA uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) to ensure the secure operation of the platform, keep you signed in, and, in the future, understand how you interact with our services.
This document explains what cookies are, which ones we use today, and how you can manage them. It is not legal advice; for specific questions, consult a professional.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser to remember information between visits or during a single session. We also use similar technologies (for example, localStorage or sessionStorage) for the same purpose.
2. Categories of cookies we use
| Category | Purpose | Requires consent? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Keep you signed in, authenticate you securely, prevent attacks (CSRF), and balance load across servers. | No — they are essential for the service to work. |
| Functional / preferences | Remember your preferred language (Spanish/English) and other account or interface settings. | No, but you can disable them from your browser. |
| Analytics / marketing | Measuring how the platform is used and how our campaigns perform, through Google Analytics and the Meta pixel. They only run if you accept them in the cookie notice: if you decline, or simply do not answer, none of these tools are loaded. | Yes — they are never active without your consent. |
About session/authentication cookies
The cookies that keep you signed in are issued by our authentication provider and are strictly necessary: without them you could not access your account, upload files for analysis, or view your reports. We do not use them for advertising purposes.
3. How to manage or disable cookies
You can manage or delete cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.). Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent NARMIA from working correctly, including signing in and accessing your analyses and credits.
4. Consent and future changes
The first time you visit NARMIA you will see a notice at the bottom of the page with two equally accessible options: Accept or Decline. Analytics and marketing cookies are not loaded until you accept; if you decline, or leave without answering, none of them are activated.
Your choice is stored in your browser. To change it, clear this site's data from your browser settings and the notice will appear again.
Any significant change to this policy will be published on this page with the corresponding update date.
