Your audio is processed in an isolated vault with end-to-end encryption. Your full-quality original file is used only for the analysis and is deleted as soon as it finishes: your original file is kept for 2 days on the free plan and 14 on Pro, the same period as the audio we generate, so you can go from the scanner to the Humanizer without uploading it again; after that it is permanently deleted. So you can replay your track inside the app, we keep a low-quality version (a compressed preview) alongside your report; you can delete both anytime and they are removed from our storage. In the Humanizer, the processed audio stays available to download for a period based on your plan and is then deleted. An original and its processed audio always expire together, so the before/after comparison is never left with nothing to compare against. You authorise that period by accepting the Terms, and in the Humanizer you also confirm it before each upload. We never train models on your music or share your audio with third parties, and the metrics we keep to improve the service are fully anonymous and aggregated.

Yes. We show prices in euros and the charge is made in that currency, but you can pay with any international card. Your bank will convert to your local currency at the current exchange rate, and may apply a currency-conversion fee.

Each analysis uses credits based on your track's real duration (rounded per minute); the Premium per-stem analysis costs 4× the standard. You start with free credits to try it. The Pro Monthly plan gives you 70,000 fresh credits every month, renewed at the start of each cycle; the Pro Annual plan gives you 1,000,000 credits to use across the year.
