It forms an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.

The designation is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office under number DMCA-1080478, effective 15 September 2026, and appears in its Designated Agent Directory.
Designated agent for copyright notices Legal Department KORALEAD, LLC 990 Biscayne Blvd, Ste. 501-16 Miami, FL 33132, United States Email: dmca@narmia.ai

2. How to send a takedown notice
For us to act, your notice must include all the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)(A):
- Your physical or electronic signature, as the rights holder or their authorised representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If several works at a single site are involved, you may submit a representative list.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location, in enough detail for us to locate it (URL, resource identifier, or certificate identifier).
- Your contact details: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.
An incomplete notice may prevent us from acting. If an element is missing, we will tell you.
3. What we do on receiving a valid notice
- We remove or disable access to the material expeditiously.
- We notify the affected user and forward a copy of the notice received.
- We inform them of their right to file a counter-notification under section 4.
4. Counter-notification
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the designated agent including all the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, and telephone number, together with your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district of your address or, if you reside outside the United States, of the Southern District of Florida; and your agreement to accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
On receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the complaining party. If within 10 to 14 business days we have no notice that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain access to the material, we may restore it.
5. Repeat infringer policy
NARMIA terminates the accounts of those who repeatedly infringe copyright, in appropriate circumstances.
- We keep a record of valid notices received and of the account associated with each.
- An account that accumulates repeated valid notices will be suspended or terminated, taking into account severity, recurrence, and whether any counter-notification was resolved in the user's favour.
- A manifest or wilful infringement may lead to immediate termination without prior notice.
- Termination on this ground carries no right to a refund of credits, packs, or subscriptions, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
6. Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing — or that it was removed by mistake — may be liable for the damages, costs, and legal fees this causes. Send a notice or a counter-notification only if you are confident of your rights.
7. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute related to it will be submitted to the competent courts of Miami-Dade County (Miami), Florida, on the same terms as section 12 of the Terms and Conditions, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
