Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to the use of NARMIA, the audio-analysis service operated by KORALEAD, LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the State of Florida, United States ("NARMIA", "we"). By using NARMIA you agree to comply with this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

This document does not constitute legal advice. If you have questions about your legal obligations, consult a professional.

1. What NARMIA is

NARMIA analyzes audio files (masters, premasters, stems) that you upload in order to estimate the level of artificial-intelligence intervention and deliver a technical report (verdict PDF). The analysis relies on proprietary processing and on specialized third-party audio-identification services, including ACRCloud, for content recognition and fingerprinting.

2. Responsibility for the content you upload

You are solely responsible for the audio you upload to NARMIA and for your conduct while using the platform. By uploading a file, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the owner of the rights to the audio, or you have the necessary authorization to upload and analyze it.
• The file does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or any other intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Your use of NARMIA and its reports does not facilitate fraud, evasion of legal or contractual obligations, or any other unlawful purpose.

3. Prohibited uses

When using NARMIA, you may NOT:

• Upload audio that you do not own or are not authorized to use.
• Upload illegal content, content that infringes third-party rights, or content you are not authorized to analyze or distribute.
• Use NARMIA to facilitate fraud, falsification of reports, or to evade legal or contractual obligations toward streaming platforms, labels, distributors, or other third parties.
• Attempt to abuse, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or in any way circumvent the platform's credit, usage, or feature limits.
• Resell, sublicense, or give third parties access to your account or to the generated reports as if they were your own service, without NARMIA's express authorization.
• Carry out automated or mass abuse of the service (bots, scripts, multiple accounts to circumvent free-usage limits, etc.).
• Upload malware, malicious files, or any file that is not legitimate audio disguised as such.
• Upload material that promotes illegal content, terrorism, child abuse (which will be reported immediately to the competent authorities), incitement to violence or discrimination, or any other content that violates applicable law.

4. NARMIA does not guarantee results

NARMIA is a tool for analysis and technical guidance. The report and recommendations it delivers help reduce the likelihood of AI detection or blocking on streaming platforms, but do not constitute or imply any guarantee that a release will be accepted, approved, or distributed without issues. No communication, marketing, or feature of NARMIA should be interpreted as a promise of a result.

5. Account suspension and termination

NARMIA reserves the right to monitor use of the platform and to suspend or cancel, unilaterally and without prior notice, any account that violates this Policy, including but not limited to:

• Removing content uploaded in violation of this Policy.
• Suspending or canceling the offending user's account.
• Cooperating with the competent authorities where appropriate, including reporting illegal content.

In the event of account termination for violation of this Policy, no refund is due for credits, packs, or active subscriptions, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. Third-party processing

To analyze and detect matches in the audio you upload, NARMIA uses specialized third-party services, including ACRCloud, as part of the analysis pipeline. These providers process the audio solely for the purpose of generating your report.

7. Reporting abuse

If you detect misuse of NARMIA or have questions about this Policy, write to us at soporte@narmia.ai (general use) or admin@koralead.com (legal inquiries or formal notices).

8. Governing law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, with jurisdiction of the competent courts of Orange County (Orlando), Florida.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy at any time. Relevant changes will be communicated through the platform or by email.
