Terms and Conditions of Use
Last updated: August 21, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of NARMIA (the "Service"), a service operated by KORALEAD, LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the State of Florida, United States ("NARMIA", "we"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
This document does not constitute legal advice. For specific questions about your situation, consult an attorney.
1. Nature of the Service
NARMIA is an audio analysis and processing platform. Its original and central function is to let you upload songs (masters, premasters, or stems) to estimate the level of artificial-intelligence intervention detectable in the audio, and to deliver a specialized report (verdict) in PDF format.
On that basis, the Service also includes the following tools, whose use consumes credits and is always optional:
- Humanizer: processes your audio to reduce the detectable artificial-intelligence fingerprint, according to the treatment you choose.
- Forensic Analysis: measures your mix or master against genre references and issues a technical report.
- Mixing AI: proposes a mix from the stems you upload, adjustable by you before you export it.
- Mastering AI: sets tone, dynamics and loudness to leave your track ready for release.
- NARMIA Shield: issues certificates of authorship anchored in the Bitcoin blockchain, and generates masked versions of your track. The anchor is public, permanent and irreversible; its conditions and limits are set out in section 7.1 of the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
- Suno Prompts: generates optimized prompts for external music-generation tools.
NARMIA may add, modify or withdraw tools from this set. The tools available at any given time, and their cost in credits, are those published on the platform.
NARMIA operates as a technical analysis service. We are not a record label, distributor, streaming platform, or entity that moderates or authorizes musical content. We do not review, approve, or editorialize the content you upload; we simply process it to generate the requested analysis.
2. Eligibility and Account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activity carried out from your account.
- You must provide truthful information when registering and keep it up to date.
- We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that breach these Terms.
3. User content: ownership, license, and warranties
3.1 Ownership
You retain all copyright and commercial rights over the material you upload to NARMIA (masters, premasters, stems, and any audio file). NARMIA claims no ownership over your content.
3.2 User representation and warranty
By uploading a file, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the legitimate owner of the rights to the uploaded audio, or you have all the authorizations, licenses, and permissions necessary from the relevant rights holders to upload and process it through the Service.
- Your use of the Service with that content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, image rights, or any other third-party rights.
- You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for the use you make of the analysis results.
3.3 Limited license to NARMIA
By uploading content, you grant NARMIA a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license to store, process, and analyze that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (generating the analysis and the report/verdict). To allow you to play your material again within the platform, this license includes retaining a low-quality version (compressed preview) of your content together with the generated report, while your account remains active; your full-quality original file is kept for 2 days on the free plan and 14 days on the Pro plan — the same period as the audio the tool produces — so you can chain a scanner analysis into the Humanizer without uploading the same file again, and so your request can be reprocessed or audited if something fails; once that period expires the file is permanently deleted. You authorise this period by accepting these Terms; in the Humanizer you additionally confirm it expressly before each upload. The audio our processing tools generate remains available to download for a period that depends on the tool and your plan, set out in section 7 of the Privacy Policy, and is then deleted. This license does not include any right of commercial exploitation, public distribution, or communication of the content beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the Service, and it terminates when you delete the file, the project, or your account, except for legal retention obligations.
3.4 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NARMIA, its officers, employees, and collaborators against any claim, demand, damage, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) the content you uploaded; (b) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms; or (c) the infringement of third-party rights resulting from your content or conduct.
4. No guarantee of results
NARMIA is a tool for analysis and assistance, designed to help you reduce the likelihood that your material is detected, blocked, rejected, or removed by streaming platforms or distributors due to signals of AI generation.
NARMIA does NOT guarantee in any case that:
- A song will not be detected, blocked, rejected, or taken down by any streaming platform, distributor, or third party.
- The scores, percentages, indicators, and reports generated are accurate, definitive, or infallible.
All results (scores, percentages, reports, recommendations) are technical estimates based on the current state of analysis technology, and do not constitute professional, legal, technical, or any other kind of advice. The decisions you make about your material (releasing it, modifying it, withdrawing it) are your sole responsibility.
5. Third-party processing
To perform the audio analysis, NARMIA uses specialized third-party services, including ACRCloud, for content recognition and fingerprinting. By using the Service, you accept that your content may be processed by these specialized providers for the sole purpose of generating your analysis.
6. Credits and payments
- Access to the Service works through a freemium model: initial free credits are granted, and additional use requires a paid plan or one-time credit packs.
- Payments are processed through external payment providers. NARMIA does not store your full credit-card or payment-method details.
- Consumed credits are non-refundable, except as stated in our Refund Policy.
- Plan and pack prices may change; in the event of a price change to your active plan, we will notify you with reasonable advance notice.
7. Prohibited uses
When using NARMIA, you agree not to:
- Upload illegal or defamatory content, or content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other third-party rights without proper authorization.
- Use the Service to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the inner workings of the analysis models or algorithms.
- Attempt to circumvent technical, credit, or usage limits of the Service.
- Use the Service abusively, including unauthorized automation, scraping, or deliberate overloading of the infrastructure.
- Impersonate third parties or provide false information when registering.
- Upload content over which you do not hold the necessary rights or authorizations.
Breach of this section is the sole responsibility of the user and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension or cancellation of the account, without any right to a refund.
8. Service availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or continuously available.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NARMIA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, business opportunities, or data, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.
In no event will NARMIA's total liability to a user, for any claim related to the Service, exceed the amount actually paid by that user to NARMIA in the 12 months prior to the claim.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or cancel your access to the Service, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, misuse, fraud, or a legal requirement. You may also cancel your account at any time. Cancellation does not create any right to a refund of credits already consumed or payments already processed, except as provided in the Refund Policy.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Relevant changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after a modification implies acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute related to these Terms or the use of the Service will be submitted to the competent courts of Miami-Dade County (Miami), Florida, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
